incoming mass emails are being deleted without even reaching inbox

Hello,

i having some issue the emails that are sent to me with multiple TO: receipts around 15 are not delivered in to the inbox . I have added senders email to the spamassasin white list and to exim white list in directadmin but it makes no sense . I just notice if I check option " No, do not block high scoring spam. Use only the threshold in the previous section. " So those emails are delivered in to the spam inbox but than I receiving hundreds of spam emails if they are not blocked . How I can fix this issue ?
 
What does your exim mainlog say about the mail delivery? How many recipients are in the delivery?

Are you asking about your local inbox on your DirectAdmin server? or about an email address being hosted somewhere else?
