Currently, the Php group released two new versions 5.2.10 and 5.3. These releases are (as of August 2009) incompatible with Zend Optimizer (ZO) v3.3.3.
If you have an application that is Zend encoded, and does not work after you upgraded to Php v5.2.10 with ZO v3.3.3, the only solution is to roll back your Php to v5.2.9 or earlier until an updated Zend Optimizer is available. More info ...
