Incorrectly getting "The domain xxx (yyy) is about to exceed bandwith limit" emails

Since a few weeks I'm getting "bombarded" by these emails:
The domain censored.com (censoredacc) has reached 80% of its bandwidth limit.
Please contact the system admin as soon as possible.

However, this doesn't make any sense.

In the CMD_SHOW_USER view I can see the following:
Domain: Bandwidth:
aaa.com 881.109 / unlimited
bbb.com 0 / unlimited
ccc.com 58.6767 / unlimited
followed by info about the user:
Setting: current usage: max usage:
Bandwidth (meg) 940.1 20000

So it's by far not 80% reached.

Also, after seeing a post about bandwidth usage not getting reset (which I doubt applies here, since it is not in fact exceeded), I checked the 'user history' of this account:
Date Bandwidth Disk Usage
2005 03 861.3 (meg) 110.7 (meg)
2005 04 1459.7 (meg) 110.7 (meg)
2005 05 1415.3 (meg) 110.7 (meg)
2005 06 1347.6 (meg) 110.8 (meg)
2005 07 1288.5 (meg) 111.5 (meg)

So nothing suspicious... (AFAICT).

Some extra info:
I've received these exceeded msgs (all for the same domain, all say 80% exceeded) on the following dates (DD-MM-YYYY) and times (24h clock):
13-08-2005: 00:58, 06:54, 12:56, 18:57
20-08-2005: 07:41, 13:42, 19:49
21-08-2005: 02:00, 07:53, 14:05, 20:12
22-08-2005: 02:27, 08:03, 14:09, 20:17
23-08-2005: 02:26, 08:43, 14:53, 21:01

Any idea what this problem could be and how to solve it?

Since you're not passing the "real" info it's impossible to really understand your pastes.

However it's probably simply that the reseller limits have been exceeded. The user cannot use more than it's reseller, even if listed as unlimited.

Sorry? I tried to give as much as info as possible. If you got any comments on what else you need or in a different form, then you need to be more specific.

This account was created by an "admin account" (though not the account named 'admin' itself), which has unlimited bandwidth.
