Incorrent traffic stats

Hello

I have problem with traffic statistic of my serwer which are shown in DA.
E.g. statistcs for december 2010 for all accounts in my server are only 100GB when statistics of switch port in server room are 1,3 TB so difference is huge.

Now i am not able to check a real traffic useage of my accounts in server.
Is any way to fix it?
I will be thankfull for help.

Directadmin doesn't count all traffic of your server. Count traffic with the help of iptables/ipfw on your network interface to get more realistic values.
 
Can you give me more info about iptables/ipfw? how can i check it and where?

So if DA does not count all traffic how my clients can check their real traffic? DA will show e.g 5GB useage traffic for user1 but real useage traffic this users is 15 GB and DA will not suspended user1 account ?

Is any solution to show users real useage traffic ?
