I am new to this and have just created my first website. A while back I created a test page and copied the html into the index.html, and it showed up fine as the "home" page. Now that I have my new site completed, I have uploaded my files into the public_html and I copied the html from my sites "home" page to the index.html. However, it is still showing the old edit of the index.html, and not my new edit. It shows the code has changed when I click on edit, but when I preview that index.html or go to my site's address, it still shows my old test "home" page.
I have read through the forums a bit and it seems when people have had this problem, it is because there is a duplicate index.html file. I have not been able to find a duplicate, so we can rule that out.
