Have searched this board for the solution, but could not find the problem.
I use DA myself, but this is for a friend of mine who uses toplevel and has a few resellers.
Now he made an account for a friend of him but the strange problem is that the index page of DA keeps showing, even after deleting it.
Since I always can find a solution for him, he asked me what was wrong, so I searched and noticed that he did not deleted the original indexfile. But After doing that for him (confinced that it was solved) I got hit in my ego, coz it was not solved.
Tried everything: Made a new reseller, even new packages, tried creating an account under an existing reseller but no succes.
Very strange, because the original indexfile is deleted, does not show on ftp and in the files under DA, so how come it still shows?
The domain nameservers are correct, as well as the ip's.
