Inject custom javascript code into control panel

Is it possible to inject custom javascript code into the control panel when it loads for any user?

I found some information that says you can add custom JS code into /usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/evolution/assets/custom/custom.js but that doesn't appear to work, and I'm not sure how dated that information is.

I found only this help page on how to customize Evolution skin: https://docs.directadmin.com/directadmin/skins-and-templates/evolution.html (not too sure you can customize JS code this way, but you might check it on your own)
