install error, "The hostname provided is not a valid domain" on Debian 5 32bit.

Hi I'm having recent troubles with the install script on debian 5 32bit. I get the following error:

Welcome to DirectAdmin verion 1.35.0!
You are now about to run the install program. If DirectAdmin is already
installed, it may destroy previous data.

The hostname provided is not a valid domain## INSTALL_FAILED

Before I install I have a fqdn configured, (tested with hostname --fqdn)
But I get this error and if I look in /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname I see that DA has changed the files with the install script, previously everything as went smooth, It got this way just a week ago, I've installed serveral instances of DA before without any issues. I'm thinking its something with "Welcome to DirectAdmin verion 1.35.0!" (its verion ) as it seems rather new, anyone know anything about this issue?

So use a valid hostname. What exact hostname did you use?

they never required a valid hostname before, I dont see why they changed that, even so I used a valid one, a subdomain from our testdomain, but still got the same issue.

If you don't want to tell us the hostname, then obviously none of us can help you, so you should probably contact DirectAdmin Support, if you're entitled to support from them, and ask them why your hostname is triggering the error.

I'm using:

da_debian:~# hostname --fqdn
da_debian.serverhotell.org

ping da_debian.serverhotell.org
PING da_debian.serverhotell.org (9*.2*7.169.185) 56(84) bytes of data.

and the license is order under that ip, I dont know what to do?
