install Error

I have reinstalled RH9
But after start ./setup.sh :

Hello,

It seems that you may need to install Development Tools from RH9 software package. The easiest way is probably to reinstall RH9 with:
- editors (such as emacs, vi, etc)
- development tools (such as gcc, etc)

Then, rerun setup.sh from DA. Hope this helps
