install fail

I have read everything i can find, and no matter what i do i get this error...

the "" is correct. please help

Do you have a custom configure.php5?
Could you please paste some errors? The one you have specified is quite generic.

this is a default install of Ubuntu 14.04LTS (Debian 8) and the install of DA. I have done no custom stuff! here is my error

Cannot find /usr/local/bin/php
Please recompile php with custombuild, eg:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build all d

This appears to be a 64-bit system.
