Did you have all the pre-requisites? And use the install.sh script? You did not change anything manually?
Because the directory /6.10/ does not exist in /services.
If you are running Centos, the script should be looking in the /services/es_6.0 or /services/es_6.0_64/ directory.
Is your license updated with the correct OS?

Try and re-download setup.sh, as your version does not seem to know anything about 6.10 centos/cloudlinux.

Hint: Use "fetch" instead of "wget" on FreeBSD systems.
Change permissions on the setup.sh file
chmod 755 setup.sh
Run the script
./setup.sh
You will be prompted for a client ID number, license ID number, and hostname.
