Install Problems License

Hello,

I have problem to install, when going through the process of entering the id and license id , i type everything correctly, I select which IP, I'm waiting and waiting and waiting , and error

" You are not authorized to download the update package with that client id and license id for this IP address. Please email [email protected] "

When I walk to buy a license to specified IP error again:

" That IP has already been requested "

WT* ?

Since 4 days, I am trying to contact the Help no reaction!

Also check you're spam folder in your email or your email antispam settings.

Also be sure to contact DA Staff using the same email address of your registration.
