Install problems on Centos 6.3

I have install Directadmin on Centos, but when i go to firefox en i put in my ip adres there is nothing to see, also when i put ipadres:2222 there is a problem.

Have anybody an suggestion ?

The license is correct. When i install Directadmin there are no problems.
