Install Redish

Hi, I want to add redis to DA panel (using custombuild) to work with php-fpm5.6. Could someone tell me how to make redis extension work with it? Redish work fine with ssl?

I don't this its possible to instal phpredis using custom build option but official documentation says to install phpredis as a PECL extension:- https://github.com/phpredis/phpredis#installation

Thanks for reply, I have read some tips and now I know that I should instal this as PECL ext. Btw. it's strange that cb haven't got any pack for redis install.

Yes, once or twice I've installed the plugin on CentOS 7. Please note the requirements, the author of the plugin writes:

This plugin works on every DirectAdmin server, but the included setup script is only for RHEL/CentOS with systemctl support. Maybe I will add install scripts for Ubuntu / Debian in the future.

That plugin looks interesting! Does anynone know if it would be viable to use this plugin in a shared hosting environment to offer redis with security to shared hosting clients?

The plugin allows creating Redis pools per user in a shared hosting environment. Please find the thread on the forums here started by the author pf the plugin for more questions.
