install ssl lets encrpty for two domain with same ip

Hi

i have 3 website on directadmin
one have ssl with dedicated ipt ( lets encrypt)
one have ssl with shared ip ( comodo )
and now want install new ssl with lets encrypt
but when install finished i can run domain with valid ssl but still show "Apache is functioning normally"
because i no enabled ssl ... now when enable ssl in user panel httpd service cant run on server becouse cant fine cert key for this domain
when i dsiable ssl again ssl work but no show website and show message "Apache is functioning normally"
