Installation Applications Installer cannot start up

Hello,

I am new here! At first happy new year everyone!

What is wrong with thet 'Installation Applications Installer' in Direct Admin?
I am trying to get WordPress installed but i don't have the icons below at the home page.
Also if i click on 'Installation Applications Installer', it say 'could not start up'.

Are you the administrator of a server running DirectAdmin, who has bought Installatron on your server? If so you should contact Installatron Support(installatron.com) .

If you're a hosting client of a hosting provider you'll need to contact your hosting provider for support.
