I get this when trying to install:

Installation didn't pass, halting install.


I tried this first on a clean install of Fedora C2, but I then went to RH 9.0 because I see fedora isnt officially supported...

what could be causing this? there are no errors before that it seems.

You may get a reply here from someone who has had the problem, but it sounds more like an issue for DA tech support.

The forum is not an official DA support venue; you should probably write DA support to get a timely answer.

Since there weren't any visible errors during the installation before the halt, might want to check the logs in /var/log and see if you can find something there.

John of DA was nice enough to take a look at it for me... he got it working...

not sure exactly what it was, but i believe he said its usually caused by the GCC libraries not being installed.
