Installation hangs at quota check

Im installing a new Fedora Core 3 server with a P4 3.4, 1024MB RAM, 250Gb S-ATA disk, but when I install it i get the following message en then quit the installation:

Checking quotas...
quotaoff: quotactl on /dev/sda2 [/]: No such process
quotaoff: quotactl on /dev/sda2 [/]: No
such process
quotaoff: quotactl on /dev/sda3 [/home]: No such process
quotaoff: quotactl on /dev/sda3 [/home]: No such process

Make sure quota is installed and your kernel supports it.
