Hello,

I was wondering how I would set up my nameservers.

Ex:

I have a dedicated server, and want to create sites on a subdomain

*.lsrp.services.

How would I set up DirectAdmin to do this, and get direct admin secure with HTTPS whilst using cloud flare DNS manager.

What do I need to do on the server side.

I am more than willing to pay (on a reasonable scale) someone to help me fully configure (email, server names, name servers, the basics) up with direct admin.

Directadmin's port 2222 cannot be proxied over CloudFlare, it means the hostname should have a direct mode (i.e. DNS only) at CloudFlare. And you will need to use another certificate issuer. DirectAdmin offers free certificates from Let's Encrypt.

You can proxy HTTP/HTTPs over CloudFlare only. So subdomains can be proxied and secured with CloudFlare certificates.
