arrgh ii need help and if someone could,

i just bought the licence


Cannot find /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date... up2date may break things.
*** gcc is required for compiling, please install gcc (yum install gcc)***
*** g++ is required for compiling, please install g++ (yum install gcc-c++)***
Installation didn't pass, halting install.

i been reading i think i need yum i dont have this installed on my server and iam clueless, i went to the yum website but i dont understand it, im as u see quite new to linux im on a VDS server running fc 2.

If someone could give me some help installing yum would be great

You should probably talk to your VDS provider.

FC2 is a bit old and I don't think it's being supported anymore for security updates.
