Installatron Error on Update

I can't get my installatron to update its system files on one of my servers. When I hit 'check and update system files', I get: "None of the Installatron file servers are responding. Could not download Installatron byte code loader archive 'ioncube.tar.gz'. Please try again later." I've tried over the past few weeks, so I'm sure the installatron servers aren't actually down. When I check the logs, I see '[Couldn't resolve host 'mirror.liquenox.com']'. I can't figure out the issue. Is there an easy manual way to do it? Any ideas?

Can you ping or traceroute to mirror.liquenox.com ?

We update nightly, perhaps your firewall is blocking that IP?

Hi,

I suggest trying our Fix-All #2/Repair Utility. You can find instructions here:
http://www.installatron.com/documentation_troubleshooting#fixall

That should get it working, or at least give you a more verbose message.
