Integrating DA with your client area/billing system

I am currently using whmcs/DA extended for my client area. This was a must a few years back, but now, with evolution DA makes more sense from a clients point of view. I am wondering if anyone has integrated a control panel login or a DA section into their billing system. I would like to move away from DA extended if possible, I have lifetime licenses and it seems that they do not like providing quality support on these anymore as their model has changed to yearly licenses,
That said, eliminating as much script and bulk makes life more predictable and easier.
I feel that a button that says "log into your control panel" that logs the client in, would be just fine for most... I find over the years, most clients never visit their control panel anyway.

I don't know what DA Extended is but with WHMCS there is a login button within it that will log people into the control panel. I encourage clients to use that instead of bookmarking the control panel because I move clients around sometimes and they may not know which server they are currently on.
