invalid hostname during tracert

Hi All,

recently when i did a tracert to my host, be it tracert myip or tracert mydomina.com, the last node sometimes give me incoorect hostname.

to illustrate better,

when i did a tracert to myip, the last node appears to be:
my ip [subdomain.mydomain.com]

sometimes the last node change to myip [www.mydomain.com]

however sometimes it shows the correct hostname
my ip [mydomain.com]

any idea whats wrong with my setup? how can solve this?
