I wrote email to [email protected] on 15 March 2014 and send email from special form at directadmin.com few days later.

Nobody answered. Its two weeks now.
Is there any way to get bill for the licence ?

Still no answer.

Check your spambox folder, sometimes happend that their reply go in spam.

If not there, try re-use safesubmit.
