My accounts team asks for invoice for DA license. It is needed for reports. There is none in GUI nor sent via email. Is there any way to get it?

Same problem here...
I have the same problem, i have sent 4 emails to sales, support and john.. no one answer with invoice listing for all 2012, need it for accouting. It's ridiculous no one answer to a customer that spend thousand of bucks per year.
