Do these guys still do business? I paid for this service 2 weeks ago and it still gives me the "You need to purchase a license on www.invoicingmanager.com to run this software." I have sent several emails with no response. Should I take further action with them??

If you paid by PayPal and they didn't deliver then PayPal should reverse the funds paid.
