Invoicing Manager IPN Problem

Dear All:
I get a problem with Invoicing Manager of this plugin,
which i try set-up a payment via this plug-in and after pay by paypal,it still keep the stats at "Due"

Did i set anything wrong?

$domain = "domain-hk.net"; //you're main domain name
$port = "2222"; //directadmin port (default: 2222)
$ipn = "http://www.domain-hk.net/ipn.php";

and i just copy the ipn.php from /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/invoicing_manager/ipn.php to
the directory also which is /home/acc/domains/domain-hk.net/public_html

Can anyone able to help me?

Invoicing Manager is a third-party plugin. It's not supplied by or with DirectAdmin, nor does it have anything to do with DirectAdmin.
