IP:2222 not working

Log in through server:2222 works just fine, but for the end users ip:2222 is not only not working but not loading any directadmin screens. What is wrong here?

Check your firewall.

The end user is on a network that is blocking port 2222 or his ip has been blacklisted by DirectAdmin
