I have an ip address assigned to user only (not to any reseller). But I need to assign this ip address to a reseller too.
I logged as admin and go to IP Management. I see the picture in attachment. I try to assign ip address by select an reseller from dropdown list at the bottom of page and press key Assign to. But i receive an error message:
How can I do it?
