IP error--shared but not?

Hi--I'm creating a new website on an existing dedicated server I lease. My DH usually does this for me, but he is out of town and unreachable, so I'm hoping a DirectAdmin Guru can help me!

The URL is andeecreative.com. The IP address is 72.21.59.52. When I browse to my URL, I get this message:

"This IP is being shared among many domains.
To view the domain you are looking for, simply enter the domain name in the location bar of your web browser."

In the admin level of DA, I have this particular IP address set as an owned IP, with this reseller account listed as the reseller and user.
I'm using a free DNS hosting service, and the info I have set up there parallels the info I have set up in my other fully functional websites, with the exception of IP--I have the correct .52 IP address set up here.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what step I've missed? I'm sure it's something stupid, so please be easy on me. Thank you in advance.

Nevermind, I think I may have found the problem. I bought this domain name from Hostway, and it looks like after I changed the nameservers, they reverted back to Hostway's nameservers. Did it again, and back they go to Hostway's crap. I tried to 'add my own' nameservers, and they won't let me--have a trouble ticket in with them. Thanks!

Whether or not your registrar is doing it right, the IP# you're writing about, 72.21.59.52, is listed by DirectAdmin as a shared IP#.

Thanks for your response, Jeff. I'm actually still having problems with this. in my admin, it shows this IP as being owned by the reseller and user, so I guess there's another problem somewhere. I'm stumped. But DH is home, and I'm wondering if a restart of DirAdmin is in order.
