ip issue

i have upgraded DA from 2 to 5 ip adresses and want to run a magento shop on a dedicated ip adress.

I use the administrator to appoint the ip adres but when I enter the domain name I only get a message in the webbrowser that apche is running good.

any suggestions if this is an ip configuring issue ?

My experience is that you sometimes need to restart apache after there has been changes of this kind, where for example virtual hosts have been modified. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be normal, as it isn't necessary to manually restart after you add an domain.

Another possible reason for the problem is that you may need to wait for the new IP# to propagate through DNS.
