ip problem

Ok trying to sort out an IP so i can install a SSL key to a domain

When i click install SSL cert in there admin section i get

Could not execute your request



Details

You can only add a certificate if you own the ip you are using

i thought i have gave them a dedicated ip as when i go to


it says Owner admin User (there username)

I have it on one other account on my server and looks set up the same. mie with owner being admin and user beng there account

have a missed some thing

Using ip management under directadmin admin section you have to assign the ip address to the user.

If the domain user is owned by reseller admin, then you add an IP# to the server and assign it to reseller admin. Then as reseller admin you modify the user to use the IP# you've assigned to reseller admin.
