IP Problem

Ok, I have most of my IP's working and nameservers work as well. 1 set of my IP's on different subnet are not working. I added them, I should see the default apache page for them but I don't. It says connection refused.

8.15.1.254 is one of the IP's. Is it something in the setup or is something not routed to the server right?

Any suggestions?

That IP address responds to pings. You might check apache's configuration and make sure the IP addresses got added correctly, however the fact that the IP's that are on a different subnet is rather suspicious.
