This weekend we copied one of our servers to another instance. After this, we executed ipswap.sh to give the copy the proper IP.
Everything worked OK, except for one thing: the servers could not reach eachother. Our hosting partner found out that an entry in the routing table was still present from the original server on the copied server. Removing this entry resolved this.
My question is: shouldn't ipswap have done this in the first place?
