IPv6 connections problem

Hello, I have a strange issue: some suppliers have switched to IPv6 connections (SFR fiber in France) and are unable to connect to the server.
How can we enable this type of connection to access the server?

Do you have a ipv6 address?
What OS are you running?
Did you setup ipv6 (correct) on your server?
Did you setup ipv6 in Directadmin?

*NOTE: To link the ipv4 with the ipv6 : You have to click the ipv4 and then link the ipv6 in there to the ipv4.

Somehow everybody does it the other way around first (including me) and it doesnt work then.
