irc channel?

I sure hope not

It would be something else to have to monitor.

No, on second thought, I'd stick with the forum; that way I'd only have to check when I have the time.

Simple enough. Definately "un-official"

irc.hostpc.com
port 6668
#directadmin

feel free to join in, idle there, etc

If you want something fancier, let me know.

As above, change the port to 6668 - no problems :)

We're getting a LOT of visitors to the IRC chat room ... and several that speak Spanish mainly.

If anyone is fluent in Spanish, and has some time to monitor the channel, it'd help a lot of people.

This isn't an "official" channel, but people sure are making use of it - I'd love to see some more regular contributors here stop in and help out, brainstorm, troubleshoot, etc.

Thanks everyone. If you have any suggestions to make it better, let me know. I'm happy to provide this to the community

Well, after more than a year this thread gets revived.

If there's still interest, I'll be happy to host the channel, just let me know.

I do too Jeff, I just feel if I can help someone else out, why not? You've got your hands full on the forums - dont worry :)

As for a life... /me doesn't - it revolves around my customers :)
