I'm not running a shared server and I am not particularly worried about emails containing a virus since I'm the only one opening emails. I think ClamAV is installed by default on CPanel and I recall it being a bit of a resource hog. I understand its value on a shared server where there are lots of users, but I was always under the assumption it was basically for emails.
Am I missing something? Would you install it on a server that was not shared?
