is download counted as bandwidth too?

Hello,
I just dont know is server download counted as users bandwidth too?
for example user A has ssh access.
when he WGET a file, is it counted as its used bandwidth?

No. Only apache, directadmin, ftp, and email are monitored as far as I know.

Email and FTP are counted.

Nothing from the shell (command line) is counted as transit (bandwidth is a misnomer; transit is what DA measures).

However, data moved anywhere into the user's space is counted in his/her space allocation.
