is is possbile to do server-wide email filtering?

While still collecting my checklist before deciding to move
to DA, just wanted to ask if there is way to have
server-wide mail filtering. So that, I can filter those viagra
messages easily.

Yes, very easy. Usually people want to do it the other way around : different filters for every domain name or even better every email account (H-Sphere).

How? I don´t see that in the panel demos?

It's not in the panel. It's a server administrator task. You setup spamblocker and fill in the blacklist.
