Is it possible for my 3 tickets to get answered?

i have 3 tickets open right now, and the longest one goes back to 3 jan. 2009...
is there anyone that takes responsibility for them?

What ticket system are you referring to? I don't think the company DirectAdmin has a ticket system. You have to email them or use this form.

If you are referring to the ticket system within a DirectAdmin control panel on a particular server then the administrator of that particular server is in charge of the tickets not the company DirectAdmin.

If you are not the administrator of the server you are hosted on then you need to contact your hosting company.
