Is it possible? Use ssl for subdomains on shared IP ?

You need your own IP# to install your own certificate.

You can have only one IP# per user, and only one certificate per IP#.

So if you want the main site and one or more subdomains, or only multiple subdomains, you'll need a wildcard cert.

If you want only one subdomain to be secure, you can use a regular cert.

DirectAdmin will not configure or create a CSR for a wildcard cert.

You'll have to create the CSR manually and then install the Cert for each subdomain using the DA control panel, creating each subdomain as if it were an enitre domain, setting each up on it's own IP#, and then copying and pasting in the private key and cert for each subdomain.

If you should need help in configuring/installing wildcard certs, please contact me offlist.

I don't believe you can do it that way.

It's NOT a limitation of DA; it's a limitation of how SSL works.
