Is softaculous included in directadmin's personal license?

just download wordpress from wordpress.org, unpack and upload. Its super simple

You need to buy softaculous separately to install wordpress. Free version of softaculous not support wordpress installations.
If you are looking for a single website, then better to download the files from wordpress.org and use.
