From your image can I see you don't run a server with Directadmin. It is most likely either debian or ubuntu with another control panel. If this is the case, you might ask your question on specialized forums, other then these ones. We here specialize purely on DirectAdmin control panel and issues related to it.
Despite the fact question is asked on the wrong forums, I will try to give some help. The message from the screenshot is about a missing folder, which is specified as a document root for one of hosted domains. So it is not about wrong file. It is about a folder, that is missing.
