I've been at it a week and can't beleive such a common lib is so hard to set up. On cpanel it's a couple of button clicks.
I have tried multiple methods over days including the following and none seem to work:

Has anyone successfully installed GeoIP on a DA AlmaLinux server? Or is it just not possible and no one happens to use it?
