is there a way to initialize DA wth out loading or rebooting
i have messsed up DA badly
is there a way to reinitialize DA so that it shows
as it did before i began mucking aound
without reloaing ?

is there a good site showing me how to set up DNS and getting new ip's for name servers ?

i know nothing about linux

Just format and reinstall, surely someone who knows nothing about linux isn't mucking about on a server that actually has like, valuable data or clients on it right? I mean it just wouldn't make much sense to be "mucking about" on a server that's actually important.

calm down im not really sure if your crystal ball is working

i just bought this server package and while my sites
are currenlty hosted else where i figured that ill learn how to set this up and secure before moving my sites to the vps.

so yes in order to learn then one will get things wrong and thats what i did hence the reason why im here. to learn.

so please lets have less assumtions and more cooperation

Dixiesys was trying to be helpful.

If you haven't put any data on the server at all after installing DA, then you can get away with reinstalling DA, but if you have (even something as simple as DNS zone files), then you should really start over with a new server install.
