A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
Unrouteable address

This has been happening to 1 of my customer's account on DA. I tried everything and still can't restore it. Even deleted her account and created a new 1. Today it happened to mine. Now I can't send out a single email. Not all the customer logins on the server are affected just 1 or 2 only. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Really appreciate your help.

I did nslookup and traceroute on the domain it's all showing fine. Even restarted my server. But it's still giving this same unroutable address error. For every email which I send out. I'm able to receive but can't send out.

I've written elsewhere on these forums some lessons on using Exim manually from the command line to see where it comes up with errors.

If you can never send to these addresses from these particular users, and the error message is always that the domain is unroutable, then I'd try that.

Generally an unroutable address error occurs when there's no route for the IP# that the domain resolves to.

Which shouldn't be able to happen for anything except the entire server.
