Is this possible: ftp account to folder, block access to some sub-folders

Hi,

lets assume I've folder public_html/ and under:
folder_a/
folder_b/
folder_c/
file1.php
file2.php

what I need to create account to give access to public_html and below WITHOUT folder_b/. Can be visible but user shouldn't have access.

It's possible? How?

You can do it by manually editing the ftp config. Check proftpd.org on how to do it.
