I'm a Lifetime License user,my USERID is 21617

I had written down my USERID and Passsword on my notebook,and never changed it.

But I can't log on to account on https://www.directadmin.com/clients/ now,Your system shows the error information below:

Invalid Login, Try Again.

I had sent 2 emails to [email protected] from 2 different e-mail boxes and also tried to post the form on https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php,but five days past, I never received any reply!!It seriously affected my operation

P.S.:I have checked my spam box...

It seems your e-mail address does not match the e-mail address we have on file for that client account. We can only release info to the address on file of course, because that is the legitimate owner.

If you suspect your account was hijacked then can you e-mail [email protected] with a copy of the e-mail payment receipt for the license? That is one way to show ownership.
