is_executable(): open_basedir restriction in effect

I keep getting this error:
is_executable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/php55/lib/php/) is not within the allowed path(s):

How can I fix it?

My webpage template says I should:
Than upload installed file to storage folder. That's it your site must be show up.

But how can I upload it to the storrage folder? I've tried to "add host": "/usr/local/php55/lib/php/" but it says that this is invallid.

I've no been trying for 6 hours and I'm hopeless...
