Hi,
I'm new to DA and still learning to use it.
Here's my question:
Say I have one domain, namely www.mydomain.com and I want to sell a personal hosting package using mydomain.com' sub domain - e.g. http://johnsmith.mydomain.com.
So, I created a sub domain named johnsmith using Sub Domain Management (User Level). Before that, I created a a package named "Personal Package" (Reseller Level).
The problem is, it seems like there are two separate FTP accounts for johnsmith. Which, when accessing the FTP account created using Reseller Level, all the uploaded files cannot be viewed online, not even in the DA File Manager.
But, using FTP account created using User Level (FTP Management), it can be seen thru http://johnsmith.mydomain.com. Also, it seems that by doing this account quota, stats, etc are not linked to the assigned package.
How do I go about this?
The reason why I do this is because I want all users under the package. Mydomain.com is actually a community, so I'd like to keep every account under the domain of www.mydomain.com.
